APPLICATIONS:
The captioned machines, applied to producing,, after jacquard treatment with patterns, writings or symbols, various narrow elastic and nonelastic fabrics and furbelows.. Forming is under the control of 112 healds and 8 pieces of heald frames; a machine set yields 2 to 6 lines simultaneously; maximum width up to 110mm.

FEATURES:
1.Harness cords link healds with jacquard heads in a manner of misplacement; they are arranged in sheaves, each one of which is divided equally into right and left subsheaves; punching is much easier and quicker. One jacquard head only is enough while less than 56 hooks in operation so as to consume less dobby foils and extend the service life of jacquard head as well;

2.Built machines utilizing quality comber boards and spindles, and imported electric guides create a minimum of friction while in operation;

3.Jacquard heads, installed on tops of machine frames, are easy for disassembling or reassembling, or setting up, or for maintenance and repair service;

4.Taper lock bushes-type timing pulley makes simple to regulate time difference between the two jacquard heads;

5.Precision machine structure and reasonable design; used transmission shafts are of Japanese make or German make; transmission belts, of Japanese or U.S. makes; machine parts and components, made with quality materials and precisively processed; service life is long and depreciation rate low.
